Dark organic chocolate 75% made from Chuncho cocoa (Peru), flavored with Edelschwarz organic gin. 60 grams. Vegan & organic.

Detailed description

We roast the cocoa, macerate the cocoa nibs for several days with 20% Edelschwarz Organic Gin and then dry the cocoa nibs. The alcohol and water evaporate completely and the cocoa absorbs the aromas from the gin. Edelschwarz Organic Gin is made from 17 Alpine botanicals, including: juniper, edelweiss, cranberry, currant and various herbs.
