Delivery:

  • There is no minimum order value.
  • Orders over €120 are delivered free of charge.

    1. Delivery partner & tracking:

      We dispatch our packages using the following couriers (in exceptional cases, the chosen courier may differ from those listed in the table):

      Italy: ARPI

      Germany: UPS

      Once the package has been dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation with a tracking link to monitor the shipment online. If the courier is unable to find anyone at home, a notification card will be left, and you will have 7 days to collect the package from the post office.

 


    1. Delivery fees & surcharges:

      We strive to keep logistics and delivery costs as low as possible for our customers. Therefore, we only pass on a portion of the costs for smaller orders. Delivery fees depend on the order value:


      Italy:

      €0.00 - €58.99: €7.90

      €59.00 - €119.99: €3.90

      Over €120.00: free


      Germany:

      €0.00 - €58.99: €8.90

      €59.00 - €119.99: €4.90

      Over €120.00: free

 


    1. Standard delivery times:
      We calculate an approximate delivery time for each individual product. All products are delivered together to arrive simultaneously. The product with the longest delivery time determines the delivery date for all other products in your order. The estimated delivery date is displayed before payment and is also indicated on the order confirmation. Please note that the estimated delivery date may differ from the actual delivery date due to production constraints with some small-scale producers. Delivery time may take up to 5 working days.



    1. Delivery to an alternative delivery address:
      Delivery to a different address is possible without any issues. Please ensure that the recipient can accept the delivery.



    1. Packaging material:
      We use only environmentally friendly packaging material, primarily made from recycled material.



    1. Complaints:
      If you are not satisfied with the delivery, such as due to damages or incorrect products delivered, we recommend contacting our customer service by phone at +39 3440539195 or via email at order@edelschwarz.it. Together, we will determine whether a refund of the product value or a replacement shipment is possible.

    Please include the invoice or delivery note if available. However, this is not a mandatory requirement to exercise your right of withdrawal. You will receive a refund for returned products, which may take approximately 14 days. The refund will only be made to the account from which payment was made. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be reflected in your next monthly credit card statement. You are responsible for the return shipping costs if the delivered products match the ordered ones.
