17 alpine organic botanicals such as edelweiss, blackberry, juniper, hay and spruce needles are combined in a complex distillation process in a 300-litre copper still. After a month of well-deserved rest in stainless steel, they combine with the purest mountain spring water to create a powerful and spirited gin.
