Besides rye, only the best organic ingredients - such as our selected organic wheat - go into our traditionally produced Edelschwarz Organic Vodka U.ro. The distillation process in the still is then quite exciting, because we only use the heart of wheat and rye to achieve the best possible quality.
A vodka made with the purest spring water from the South Tyrolean mountains
After six weeks, our Edelschwarz Organic Premium Vodka is awakened from its beauty sleep in stainless steel barrels. It is now infused with the purest spring water from the Gompm Alm mountain pasture. Through this South Tyrolean mountain spring water our U.ro is reduced to a strength of 40% by volume. Only then does it achieve its unmistakably pure, and refreshing aroma and its spirited personality.
