A London Dry Gin of the highest quality straight from the heart of the Alps

We blend our traditionally produced London Dry Gin Edelschwarz with 17 organic botanicals from the Alps, such as edelweiss and blackberries (German: “Schwarzbeeren”), which give our Edelschwarz Gin its name.

An exceptional Premium Gin requires natural ingredients

A gin in which the wild fragrances of the alpine herbs gently come together. A gin in which the spruce needles have a love affair with the juniper berries. And a gin, which in the end creates something completely unique and authentic.

Alpine herbs and berries infuse the South Tyrolean gin with character

A gin in which the elderberries, cranberries, lemon balm and other selected organic botanicals meet the vivacious rosehip. And then things really heat up when the herbs and berries mingle.

Organic Gin from South Tyrol with a touch of mountain hay and alpine nuances

After maceration, the gin is carefully distilled in in 300 litre copper stills. The rising steam tickles our selected mountain hay and thereby infuses the distinctive taste of alpine pastures into the Organic Edelschwarz Alpine Gin.

The purest mountain spring water unleashes the aroma of the Edelschwarz gin

The spirit is then allowed to mature in stainless steel barrels for a month. It is then combined with the purest spring water from the South Tyrolean mountains, originating from the Gompm Alm at 1,800 metres above sea level. This  mountain spring water unleashes the bouquet of our Edelschwarz gin.
